Press Release: "Morning Chat with Entrepreneurs (Ngopi Paste)"

Saturday, December 14, 2024 – In celebration of the 66th Anniversary of Universitas Pembangunan Nasional "Veteran" Yogyakarta (UPNVY) and the Grand Reunion of UPNVY alumni, an event titled Ngobrol Pagi Bersama Entrepreneur (Morning Chat with Entrepreneurs or Ngopi Paste) was organized by Kafenta 81 UPNVY.

This event aimed to strengthen the bonds among alumni during the grand reunion and to enhance the warm atmosphere of UPNVY's anniversary celebrations. It also provided an opportunity for alumni to exchange ideas in the business world, fostering a stronger role in economic development.

The event was spearheaded by Mr. Abdullah Taufik, Chairman of Kafenta '81 UPNVY, and attended by UPNVY Rector, Prof. Dr. M. Irhas Effendi, M.Si., Vice Rector for Student Affairs and Collaboration, Dr. Hendro Widjanarko, S.E., M.M., Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Dr. Januar Eko Prasetio, M.Si., AK. CA., and UPNVY alumni from all faculties and cohorts.

The speakers for the event included Eri Sadewo, Area SME Head of Bank Mandiri Yogyakarta; M. Musodiqin, Coordinator for Business Legality Assistance in Yogyakarta; and the session was moderated by Budi Dewa, a Certified Professional Coach.

Participants showed great enthusiasm for the event, as it offered extensive insights into the importance of entrepreneurship.

"The primary goal is to strengthen the bonds among Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Yogyakarta alumni involved in business activities. It is hoped that this meeting will facilitate information exchange and business collaboration, enabling businesses to thrive and grow successfully," said Abdullah Taufik.
